Using our online screening tool results in the highest eligibility rate of referrals, provides maximum patient convenience and greatly reduces resources spent on phone screening. Some of the ways in which our screening tool is used:
- Directing interested patients to a custom page on our website to use the screening tool (eg. rewardsforresearch.com/diabetic-study in a newspaper ad or in an email)
- Directing interested patients to your own website, or a new domain we can set up for you which includes our screening tool
- Instead of using a call centre or site staff to reduce costs
- In conjunction with a call centre to allow another medium for patients to register their interest, and a way for patients to register their interest after hours when the call centre or investigator sites are closed
- In multi-site studies, to ensure patients are sent to the closest investigator site
We are also able to provide integrated online and call centre screening solutions through a partnership with a call centre organisation, which uses medically trained personnel where required.
