Pre-screening

Rewards for Research has developed software designed specifically for clinical trial pre-screening, which can be deployed via email or any website. Our PRESCREEN system replaces traditional phone screening, vastly reducing the time spent by research staff on this labour intensive task.

We also provide traditional phone screening and call centre services, by medically trained personnel where required, and offer an all-encompassing screening service.

Communication & Retention

Rewards for Research has developed a flexible communication platform that meets the privacy and security standards required by the health industry. It allows communications and appointment reminders to be sent to trial participants via email, SMS, and post, or delivered on the phone via a call centre. Message receipt verification, reply or two-way messaging, flexible scheduling and preference based sending are all built-in.
